When CCI groups rejoined the FIGC established two interregional divisions renaming Classes into Divisions and splitting FIGC sections into two north–south leagues. In 1926, on account of internal crises and fascist pressures, the FIGC modified internal options, including southern teams on the national division, in the long run resulting in the 19
